Apartments at Broadstone EADO currently do not come furnished, but you have a great option through CORT Furniture, a furniture rental service available to residents. Pets & Amenities

Absolutely. Broadstone EADO welcomes up to two pets per apartment. There is a one-time pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent per pet. Call the leasing office for details on breed or size restrictions, since some may apply.

There is no on-site dog park at Broadstone EADO at this time, but EaDog Park is located 2 short blocks away (5 minutes) and offers plenty of outdoor space for your pet to run around. Our community does have an on-site Pet Spa where you can bring your furry friend cleaned up after a day out at the park!

Broadstone EADO uses Fetch Package Services. Instead of packages sitting in a lobby or getting lost, Fetch receives all deliveries on your behalf and brings them directly to your door on a schedule you choose. A monthly service fee of $18 applies.
