Broadstone EADO does not have dedicated on-site commuting paths nearby at this time. Most residents get around by personal vehicle or rideshare services. The community has a RideShare Lounge on-site for your convenience, and freeway access to I-45, I-10, and US-59 is quick from our location.

Apartments at Broadstone EADO currently do not come furnished, but you have a great option through CORT Furniture, a furniture rental service available to residents. CORT lets you furnish your home without buying everything upfront, which is handy if you are relocating or just do not want the commitment of owning furniture. Absolutely. Broadstone EADO welcomes up to two pets per apartment. There is a one-time pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent per pet. Call the leasing office for details on breed or size restrictions, since some may apply.

There is no on-site dog park at Broadstone EADO at this time, but EaDog Park is located 2 short blocks away (5 minutes) and offers plenty of outdoor space for your pet to run around. Our community does have an on-site Pet Spa where you can bring your furry friend cleaned up after a day out at the park!
